House Arrested
I have moved at least fourteen times. My latest move occurred about four months ago, now. From Minnesota to North Carolina. This move has been a bit different than the others. Every time I moved before, I knew at least someone in the place I was moving to, or I was going to be part of a group where I would meet other people, either as classmates or coworkers. I only know my husband here, and currently have no job. I had been taking time to remodel our house before looking for a job. And then the holidays happened. And then my father-in-law got sick and has since moved to hospice, which of course involves trips back to Iowa to see him. And then my husband wanted me to travel with him to Argentina since he was going there for work. All these reasons to put off starting a full time job keep popping up.
